Community Web Masters project

Community Web Masters project - for people that want to create a web site, design web pages, create e-mail lists etc. in order to help their community. Community Web Masters help their own communities, and different communities that can benefit from such help.

  • After these, your continue to develop your abilities and technical skills.

The purpose of this page is to help you find resources and develop projects that could help improve your life. One such project is the Community Web Masters project.

On this page, there would be links to free resources that people can use in Web page design, information, and a list of the participants included in this list with brief descriptions of how they help, projects running and so on.

Creating Sound Times Support Services web page.

I started the piloting of my Basic HTML course for Sound Times Support Services members.

About Sound Times: Sound Times it's Consumers Survivors organization that "offer survivors social support, opportunities for recreation, and education."

Seeds of Hope:

Seeds of Hope established the Computer Learning Center in 1995 to provide no-cost access to computers and training.

We are developing extended program for the Learning Center.

The program that will be taught at the Seeds of Hope will enables people to work in the Internet environment within different organizations.

After finishing the program the next step is to find employment.

Education

The Free University of Toronto

Free University of Toronto is being organized by students, staff, faculty and community members interested in reclaiming university education for the people. The aim is to create an open, accessible, inclusive, non-corporate, no-fees University of Toronto.

Self - help computer group.
We are going to help people in need - those who can't afford to gain computer knowledge and skills in the traditional (very expensive) way to get computer knowledge. Futhermore, we are going to participate in community initiatives designed to create jobs, Self Employment opportunities & Small Businesses.
